How we handle your data on MCVoteHub.

Who we are

MCVoteHub is operated as a personal, non-commercial community project. We can be reached via the contact info below.

Data we process

We store the servers you submit (name, address, description, version, banner). When you vote, we store a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address together with the server ID and a timestamp — never the IP itself. The hash lets us prevent multiple votes from the same person within 24 hours. We do not require accounts. We do not collect names, emails or precise location.

Cookies

We use cookies and local storage for: (1) your locale preference, (2) your cookie-consent choice, (3) analytics and advertising, but only after you click Accept on the consent banner. Until you accept, analytics and ad cookies are disabled (Google Consent Mode v2 default = denied).

Advertising

We display Google AdSense ads to keep the site free. AdSense may set cookies and process data per Google's privacy policy. If you reject consent, AdSense runs in non-personalized mode.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can request access, deletion or correction of any data tied to a server you submitted. Anonymous vote data cannot be tied back to you and is not subject to access requests.
